| Job Description |
Qualifications: BS Degree in Chemical Engineering. At least one year of Co-op, intern or post graduation work experience. Engineer-In-Training EIT desired, but not mandatory. Desire to concentrate on details, as directed by others. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to occasional travel.
Responsibilities: Participate as part of a process design team on various projects. Exhibit willingness to learn Department/Corp procedures, industry codes and standard practices. Participate in meetings with the process team to understand project objectives, coordinate execution plans and/or assist with resolving design issues. Complete routine process engineering studies, reports and calculations, as directed by others. Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs, as directed by others. Generate process equipment data sheets and specifications, as directed by others. Assist with generation of technical bid tabs to confirm vendor quotations meet technical requirements. Assist with review of vendor submittal drawings and documents. Will work under the direction of a Senior level Process Discipline Lead Engineer. |
