| Job Description |
We currently seek a high caliber Maintenance Manager to work on a direct hire basis.
This position is Based in Indiana and the candidate will be working for a leading Operations & Maintenance consulting company.
Job Description:
-Directs area maintenance and engineering activities with the goal of continuously improving safety, productivity, yields, process reliability and manufacturing costs.
-Planning, organizing, and directing of area maintenance resources to provide plant capacity assurance through use of preventative and predictive maintenance methods.
-Schedule, organize, and directly supervise work for maintenance employees and outside contractors assigned to the area.
-Controls costs relating to plant maintenance materials and labor.
-Responsible for understanding the entire Code of Conduct and complying with its requirements.
-Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
-MUST HAVE previous steel production experience.
-Supervisory or Management Experience.
