Qualifications:
Proven competency in delivering consulting, treatability and conceptual design projects involving wastewater chemistry and treatment â 10 years.
Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools and metrics â 5 years.
Well known and broadly respected by strategic clients, and nationally within the wastewater professional community â 3 years.
Technical understanding of the driving regulations and technologies for treating industrial wastewater in the chemical/petrochemical/refining industries â 8 years.
Sound knowledge of industrial water/wastewater marketplace with a focus on wastewater treatment in the petrochemical industry â 5 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills â 10 years. Adept at interpersonal relationship building and conflict resolution â 10 years.
Responsibilities:
You will provide project management, business development and technical leadership to multi-discipline teams assembled to bring innovative solutions to industrial water/wastewater problems.
You will deliver design and consulting projects involving industrial water/wastewater for the refining, chemical and petrochemical industries.
You will be there to ensure the best technical and business solutions for our client and integrating industrial, subject matter and service expertise, and provide front line to risk management. You will be responsible for managing multiple small to mid-sized projects possibly large design/build opportunities, while contributing to client development activities through strong leadership of water and process market segment team and successful delivery of water and wastewater projects. |
