| Job Description |
Fifteen (15) years experience in Upstream estimating.
Good working knowledge of Questor and Monte Carlo cost risk analysis method.
Proficient with general cost systems, including Primavera associated suite of reporting & analysis packages (Primavera Contract Management, Primavera Risk management).
Support projects and proposals with the preparation of cost estimates for work execution and project development modeling. Also required to assist project managers with preparation of weekly and monthly project reports; assist with the development and maintenance of cost estimating and cost management standards for upstream engineering & operations; experience with enterprise solutions and integration of multiple site projects and offices a plus; integration of WBS and information structures for performance and forecast analysis; bringing best practice and innovative solutions to the group; measure and ensure compliance with business process and procedures; provide cost benchmarking information for Estimating; measurement of competitive edge for the projects and timely insights for management; provide quality discipline presentations for business development, proposals and client reporting.
Provide mentoring to discipline resources.
Qualifications:
Business or Engineering degree preferred and fifteen (15) years experience.
Specific experience in an upstream operations environment required with some associated design engineering exposure preferred.
Position requires the ability to provide leadership and mentoring of subordinates; maintain relationship with internal and external clients; Have experience as a discipline user in both qualitative and quantitative cost risk management methodology and reasonable knowledge of systems applications for risk management.
Some Travel is anticipated to project and associated Offices.
