Project Assistant/Document Control requisition
Responsibilities:
-Ordering & stocking supplies
-Assist with document control needs; logging, distribution, photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
-Utilize established filing systems and directory structures
-Maintain project team directory: team, client distribution and phone list
-Assist with coordinating and assembling project deliverables; reports, drawings, specifications, etc.
-Assist with meeting setup; reserve conference rooms, conference call numbers, food, equipment and client specific needs.
-As Required Deliveries to other buildings on site
-Setup and cleanup of cubicles for incoming/outgoing project staff
-Tracking: golf carts, parking passes, meeting equipment (Infocus), safety gear/PPE
-General Badging support: coordinating new/renewal paperwork
-Other tasks as assigned
Experience required:
-High proficiency level with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
-Minimum 2 years document control and/or administrative experience .
-Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
-Must be able to walk from building to building on a technology campus, lift minimum 20 lbs.
-Agreement and ability to pass background check and requirements for client site and network access.
-Acknowledge proper use of electronic equipment (no videostreaming, restricted internet sites, etc.).
-Ability to handle confidential and restricted information
-Experience preferred: 3-5 years administrative support in an engineering/construction environment with knowledge of design/construction phases and deliverables.
