| Job Description |
Our client is a leading provider of professional services to the resources & energy sectors and complex process industries. The US and Latin America/Caribbean region of our client has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Engineer-Rotating Equipment. Primary responsibility is for technical and commercial integrity of Rotating Equipment Packages, as well as progress and productivity of the engineering input into the package.
Specific duties include creating the Mechanical Data Sheet, Engineering Requisition, Bid Evaluation and Purchase requisition process, review of equipment vendor data, including assurance that vendor is actively engaged in a certification process that will allow equipment to be successfully shipped to the fabricator and ultimately into Russia.
Requirements
Mechanical Engineer with previous experience as package engineer for utility equipment, specifically diaphragm pumps. Offshore experience necessary.
