| Job Description |
Our client, an offshore oil and gas company, seeks an Electrical Equipment Package Engineer.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Coordinate electrical equipment packages for offshore oil and gas facilities
-Prepare technical specifications, RFQ, bid evaluations and technical/commercial recommendation equipment packages
-Travel to equipment fabrication sites to manage, monitor and coordinate with vendors
-Attend inspections and any other testing
-Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
-Minimum 3 years experience with offshore electrical equipment for power generation and distribution
-Previous process, utility and offshore packaging experience on offshore projects
-Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design of electrical equipment including, motors, generators, MCCs, and switchgear
-Autocad, ETAP, and Matlab experience |
