| Job Description |
Our client, in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry, seeks a Senior Principal Pipe Stress Engineer.
Responsibilities & Requirements include:
-BS in Engineering preferrably Mechanical
-10 years experience with knowledge of ASME Codes, and CAESAR II REV. 5 program
-P.E. licence required
-Perform all aspects of pipe stress analysis and support within the clients projects.
-Able to perform static stress analysis
-Dynamic stress analysis (vibration, slug flow) is a plus
-Understand technical requirements of interfaces between piping and various pieces of equipment is required
-Communicate effectively with other engineering discipline to make sure that the stress analysis results are known to the affected team members
-Qualify piping systems, nozzle loads as per ASME code requirements and APIs
-Experience in Piping Specifications
