| Job Description |
Our client, a major company in the automation industry, seeks an Instrument and Control Systems Engineer.
Responsibilities & Requirements include:
-10+ years experience as a senior contributor in the area of Energy and Power Management capital projects.
-Must have minimum three (3) years of demonstrated technical personal supervisory skills.
-BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge; further education in business administration, operations, or project management is desirable.
-Experience in design and implementation of capital projects involving Power Monitoring and Energy projects( I.e. Load shedding, Load sharing, and Generator Control) in an industrial setting.
-Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation a plus
-Responsible for managing a team to achieve revenue, gross margin, customer satisfaction index targets and other business objectives.
-Responsible for coaching and development of direct reports.
-Ensures conformance of all team activities to TQCS / ISO and other company requirements.
-Responsible for financial results for business segment or geography with revenue totaling at least $2 million annually.
-Responsible for results of customer satisfaction surveys for assigned business segment or geography.
-Often participates in efforts to prepare sales proposals and close orders for complex system applications.
