| Job Description |
Our client in the Semi-Conductor Manufacturing industry seeks a Senior Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Prepare and control schedule and budgets for drawing preparation
-Supervise departmental drafting personnel
-Implement and enforce quality control procedures
-Coordinate departmental project design drawings with other disciplines
-Plan, layout and develop drawings for projects
-Review drawings for quality and accuracy
-Direct effective use of overtime and indirect time of technical and drafting personnel
-Perform special assignments as requested by senior management
-Participate in staff meetings
-Personnel and Training
-Implement training and technical development programs
-Develop general drafting standards and templates for the firm and specific standards
-Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations to management
-Interview applicants for staff technical positions and make recommendations to management
-Handle ad hoc personnel problems
-Marketing and Client Relations
-Participate in client interviews or presentations on request
-Develop rapport with clients
-Take active role in technical societies and community activities
-Design skills developed to Senior Designer level
-Demonstrable capability of leadership
-Skills normally require 15 years’ related experience to develop to this level
-Demonstrably fast, accurate production with little or no supervision
-History of dedication to goals and standards of employers |
