| Job Description |
Our client in the Semi-Conductor Manufacturing industry seeks a Senior Engineering Associate.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Project Manager responsibility on selected projects
-Assignment and supervision of engineers or architects plus technicians
-Perform engineering calculations
-Perform budget and schedule preparation
-Supervise Field activities
-Conduct Quality Control review
-Assist in contractor coordination
-Review submittals and shop drawings
-Sign and seal completed construction documents
-Prepare training seminars
-Attend training seminars
-Evaluate performance of less experienced personnel
-Perform ad hoc assignments as directed
-Attend and participate in staff meetings
-Participate in overall marketing effort under direction
-Prepare portions of proposals
-Participate in client interviews and presentations
-Establish rapport with clients
-Take active role in technical societies and community activities
-Participate in writing and presenting technical papers, magazine articles and speeches
-Professional Engineering Registration in Mechanical Engineering
-BSME or degree equivalent
-Previous, similar role in high-tech architectural and engineering organization; normally requires a minimum of 15 years’ related experience
-Demonstrable commitment to organizational goals |
