Job Description
Our client, in the petrochemical-refinery industry, seeks an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities and Requirements include:

-7 to 10 years experience in Planning and Scheduling, preferably in the Petro-Chemical sector.

-College degree preferred but not required.

-Knowledge and experience in Primavera (P3 or P5) required.

-Lead and facilitate the planning process.

-Use project planning documents and output from the interactive planning process as a basis for developing the project schedule.

-Obtain input from project team members, subcontractors, suppliers and client to support the development of a baseline schedule, and subsequently to update schedule progress and forecasting.

-Provide timely analysis and reporting to support the project team.

-Evaluate schedule alternatives to support project changes.

-Assist the Project Manager in managing resources
-Be the focal point for all subcontract schedule development, update and incorporation into the overall schedule.
