| Job Description |
Our client, in the petrochemical-refinery industry, seeks a Process Engineering - Group Manager.
Responsibilities and Requirements include:
-Minimum of 20 years consulting or related experience.
-BS in a related field.
-An MBA is desirable.
-Report directly to the Officer and works closely with Project Managers.
-Take ownership for one or more major client relationships, deriving significant direct consulting business and pull through opportunities for the organization.
-Accountable to deliver a portion of the overall Consultancy business performance.
-Direct and develop a group of consultants.
-Monitor and improve work process and tools.
-Lead the generation of proposals, execution plans and budgets, and targeted direct consulting.
-Take a lead role in Consultancy strategic planning and execution. |
