| Job Description |
Our client, in the petrochemical-refinery industry, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Responsibilities and Requirements include:
-Minimum of 4 years of experience.
-BS/BA in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Knowledge of Oracle HR Core HR or Employee/Manager Self Service modules required.
-Knowledge of relational database Query tools, HTML, SQR, SQL, and Crystal reporting a plus.
-Experience with vendor interface files, web-based HR systems, MS Excel/Access preferred.
-Responsible for analyzing, testing, and implementing Oracle HRIS computer system modules including but not limited to Core HR or Employee/Manager Self Service.
-Perform table maintenance, working with end-users to identify reporting needs.
-Manage and maintain Oracle HRMS from a functional perspective.
-Compile periodic and special reports, and oversees the analysis of the day-to-day information needs for various HR functions including designing and generating standard reports from the Oracle HRMS.
-Interact with users and other IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation applications related to HRMS Core HR and/or Manager/Employee Self Service module(s).
-Interact with various vendor contacts related to data transfer and file interface issues.
-Possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise software applications and web-based HR systems. |
