| Job Description |
Our client, in the petrochemical-refinery industry, seeks a Buyer Tech.
Responsibilities and Requirements include:
-2 to 4 years of experience required.
-Knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work of moderate scope and complexity referring to policies for guidance.
-Coordinate material movement between storage and production areas.
-Identify raw material and component requirements from engineering and production specification and schedules.
-Coordinate with purchasing, construction, warehouse, and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate scheduling, procurement, and movement of materials.
-Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action. |
