| Job Description |
Our client, in the petrochemical refinery industry, seeks a Turnover Manager.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Supervise all system turnover, project completion, and elated document control activities and provide leadership to this group and project team
-Coordinate work with other field supervisors and sets priorities for the staff
-Provide technical guidance to the project
-Interface with home office engineering including review and revision of purchase orders, contracts, and specifications
-Solve field technical problems with the help of home office engineering
-Conduct inspection of the field work
-Perform walk downs
-Develop punch lists
-Mark up drawings to reflect as-build conditions
-Estimate cost for construction activities
-Assure field work is compliant with federal, state and local codes and standards
-Interpret client needs and assess requirements
-Plan and deploy resources to meet the project requirements
-Explain issues to team members and promote teamwork
-Maintain lessons learned and best work practices and communicate them to project team and upper management
-Manage performance of team members
-11-15 years of experience as a Construction Manager, superintendent, QA/QC, field engineer
-Experience with STAR WinPCS and Engineering and Construction |
